Yes. Semi-Autos are banned, for their serve no puporse other than killing another human being. Who would you take a semi-auto hunting. Your aim that bade that you need to sling 50 rounds in 2 seconds at the target?

Way things are in the USA, Slingshots should be the only weapon, and then, you should only be allowed to shoot ping pong balls from them.
