This site uses www.e107.org as the backend, and the gallery is a plugin called 'Theme Gallery' which was meant for showing of e107 skins but I found it good for posting images, so I fixed bugs and modified it.

Unless your running e107, its not much used to you, and if you are theres some new, probably better image galleries available.

Check out http://coppermine.sf.net/ for a standalone gallery, its skinable, powerful, and very good.
