Last Month the Japanese try to retrive this mod a little bit more. They played in the at 2pm CET. At the moment the gametracker, com Server Monitorring is off. Hope soon they turn it on. The ranking seems to work.
if you have a gamepad controller with 2 thumbsticks and hardly use the one on the right, if not never. (if you don't have a gamepad with 2 thumbsticks, or no gamepad at all, get one). there's a way to put it to use that'll help your driving in deathraces. just assign the forward/backward motion of the right thumbstick as the forward and reverse. you can set it as the alternate throttle if you still wanna use the button throttle alongside it. i was originally using this to help control the drifts on the akina test map, since it didn't have it's proper mat-id yet. basically what this VST setup will do is allow you to drive at different speeds, depending on how far you push the thumbstick. that's pretty much what makes it VST. think of it mainly as a foot pedal for your thumb. the main way this can help you out in deathraces is if you're in a tight situation, such as on the skinny paths leading up to the tube in Shrooms' map, "Cold" which if you haven't downloaded it yet, do so, it's a great map. this can help because you can go slower smoother, and control the car better than the jerky movement of simply tapping the accelerate button, which may lead to slippery jerky wheels, and may lead you to end up falling to your doom. try VST, see what you think of it.
