Last Month the Japanese try to retrive this mod a little bit more. They played in the at 2pm CET. At the moment the gametracker, com Server Monitorring is off. Hope soon they turn it on. The ranking seems to work.

Hey guys... My laptop Widescreen display is a 14.1 inch LCD running at a native resolution of 1280 X 800. When I run fullscreen at 800x600 the gameplay is good, but things look a bit blurry. At 1024x768 fullscreen, the graphic are better but there is serious input delay... meaning that I hit the mouse button but it takes about 1.5 seconds for the lift/No2 to actually start, and this applies to all controls. At 800x600 in a window, things look a bit better, but it's way to small to play. At 1024x768 in a window, things look much better, but the window is moved about 1.5 cm down from the top of the screen and the bottom of the window is cut off. Is there anything I could do to optimize by BF1942 for my widescreen laptop display?
play in windowed mode.. thats what i doo.. ive got a 14.1 1280x800 display on my lappie

I have not tried, but it should work, if you are to open the video.con of bf2142, there is resolutions, you can change it by typing in the resolution, I Dont know if bf2142 will reset the resolution but I have seen some widescreen pics of bf2142

I think you also have to save the video.con file as read only, otherwise I think it will overwrite it again. I changed it to my true widescreen res, but it didn't look like it changed much.

You can make Battlefield run in the resolution (I think it involves hacking a config file somewhere), but BF doesn't take the widescreen into account, which means that everything you see will look distorted.
