2.4 per core, 4.8 total
a little tip to help your programs run faster, if you ever notice a program kind of just chugging along. open task manager go to the processes tab right click the process that you want to make faster left click set affinity and only select one of your two boxes. Often times the two processors compete with each other, computing the same thing and thus slowing each other down
My poop is clean and pure as the giggles of new born babies.
you cant doo that.. a dual core 2,4 isnt 4,8ghz.. its like saying a 3ghz quad core processor is 12ghz.. just doesnt work that way.
2,4 x 2 = 4,8 (one core) Ok.. 4,8ghz what? it isnt a 4,8ghz Core 2 Duo, not a 4,8ghz Pentium 4.... you cant work it out that way because of the difference (not even a 4,8ghz Core 2 Solo (if it had existed)) - as most of you know a 2,4ghz P4 isnt as fast as a 2,4ghz Athlon 64.
Right and Easy answer: a Dual core 2,4ghz processor is a Dual core 2,4ghz processor!!
