They aren't spread by all mac users. It's one single guy who does all this: Artie MacStrawman. Trust me, we are as annoyed of him as you are.

That being said, while I had my share of problems with my Macs (shouldn't be a huge surprise, I'm hooked for four years now and on my third Mac at the moment, and going to order a new one next week), I've had far more with my PC.
