But i can't Paint Car's Skins and ohter things so i if u can say to me the Program name

I modified skins using Adobe photoshop. Extract coppermine and check out how it was done. You will need a .dds converter. MSN me for it if you don't have one.

No i dont have .dds converter

If you dont want to convert your dds files to JPG or whatever everytime. You can get the adobe photoshop plugins, so adobe can open DDS files.

You will need to place the plug-in (dds.8bi) in C:\Program Files\Adobe\photoshop 7.0\plug-ins\file formats and these required dlls (msvcr71.dll and msvcp71.dll) in your Windows\System folder (you will have to extract them from the DLLs.zip file).
