Okay ive heard that limewire has Spyware and ADware and such on it so i never got it. Well untill today and i have to say there is no Spyware on it.... I scanned with about every good spyware program out and it turned up clean.. There is also no virus detected at all i have Mcafee,AVG pro, and Norton AV. I do know that my AV programs have come across songs with potential viruses so its not completely safe. I really don't know of a program that is because your downloading from people that put viruses in them or just have a virus in them from not protecting there computer. So anyway if i come across any spyware and such i will let you know. This is like the fastest program out from the ones ive tested and at the looks of it i think its going to be a keeper!

Had it for about a year and a half now and it has treated me well. Most people who your sharing files with are good though.
*If a song looks bigger by say 5mb or 5kb there could be something on it that is harmful.
