Be aware that BC creates compressed RFA's, which are smaller, but take slightly longer to load. MakeRFA Gui will make an uncompressed RFA which can be a lot larger, however its faster loading and the size does not matter size it will zip, rar, cab etc into a really small file for distribution. However if you wish to make a compressed RFA, you can use the more complex program GMakeRFA.

As for your Errors, this is likely to be you either RFA'ing the wrong folder, make sure that you are clicking the bf1942.
