 lol, who would randomly stick a wrench on a car? here\'s how i think it happened. twisted goes into his workshop, looking for a certain tool, and sees a red monkey wrench. he quickly remembers that it\'s also the wrench used in the interstate mod. he decides that it would be funny to take a pic of himself \"repairing\" the car in real life, so he takes his camera out, starts \"repairing\" the car, and takes a picture. thus, this hilarious picture was created. gj!
