trying to get a better lookin chrome for tires. this is the best ive got so far, only like 5 mins of work...

 i changed the six env_maps to a gray with a white horizontal strip in the middle. like i said, not much time invested yet, might get better. im just sick of the crappy chrome seen in all the is82 maps, including BB3.

 you could take like, a town scene, grayscale it, and reduce contrast, then brighten it
