 well right now since i cant get a smartcar imported cuz it has to b americanized and all that crap... i got my eye on a 1980 classic mini cooper automatic 4 cylinder with 88k miles on it

 I really don't think design was 1st priority on the smartcar.. But for it's INTENDED use it's unbeatable. It's safe (for it's class), it has great mileage, and it's not BUTT ugly as other supereconomic cars.. Go see the german attempts. Blargh..
