 Its one of the bugs.
If that car went flying just before he got his "Connection problems". It will move slowly thru the air, and maybe even turn too (like in slow-motion).

 nope a bug.. you can drive in a building and then you shoot up in ze air... but it doesn't really help in combat rofl
