 when you leave the truck in a resting state long enough, the wheels return to the original position. that's what idle is.

 !dodge u guys are complicating it so i dont even understand how to do it..

all u need to do is wait for the object to stop moving and it will reset to that pisition in the map intil physics is acted on it.. by moving or just hitting it with something moving. durning this time the wheels arnt part of the actual truck thus they can be moved with out effected the actual body of the truck so they wont get reset. fortunatly for us that like to do kinky things the wheels still have physics and can be effected by pushing on them with another vehicle...

its as simple as that.. dont over complicate it
