Its been way too long since the last time I played BF1942, I've tried everything, but every time I start it up this happens. I'm running Vista Ultimate 32bit, any ideas?

 Obviously you have Nvidia gfx. Go get the latest BETA driver for Vista 32 bit. http://www.nvidia.com/object/winvista_x86_101.41.html

Fixes most bf1942 problems in Vista. But do what I did, ditch the old Nvidia and get Ati

 Hehe you might wanna keep that card for a while One question, are your shadows ingame normal? On my 6800 they where grey, weapons and vehicles white.

 350 point difference in 3dMark between Vista and XP. I don't have to tell you which one performed worst...
