Halo 3 at Wallmart

There were 2 open boxes of Halo 3 (not pre-orders) at Wallmart today. I tried to buy one but the cashier said it was marked as 'a defective product' and took it from me. I was gonna go back and put a Halo 2 serial on it (or get a five finger discount), but when I went back the boxes were gone. :(

 it may have the sensors that trigger the alarm when you walk out of the store inside of the case, the trick is to get behind an empty register and swipe the game across the de-magnatizing pad and then walk out
