Weird loading

This happens to my levels loading screen and I hate it :(. I don´t know why it happens and I uploaded this picture to hear if anyone got the same problem and maybe know how to solve it. I converted the picture from .jpeg to .tga and it´s 1281 * 960. This is the 50th picture I upload :)

 I use photoshop to modify an existing loadscreen.tga. Works fine for me
