driver problems

updated my video card drives and this happened again. Rich told me how to fix it, but of course i forgot. any help?

 lol i think its your screen rez go into options and look at what screen rez it is..... that maybe the problem

 If you changed you rezolution on your monitor it messes it up like if you had 800x600 and you changed to 1028x768 or the other way around it does that
