yes, its either a final, or just another release, but there will be another version of interstate. no, interstate is not dead, but i believe a lot of people here are. people leave, and sometimes come back. but a lot of the original people are kinda gone. the server is almost dead, and i wish that people would just play! i love this mod, and its my most favorite. i feel im here, im a part of this community. i cant leave it. im staying with interstate if its 04, or 82, i wont leave til i say its done for(not 04, but 82)
