Ok as many of you know I drive a 2001 Mitsubishi Mirage. It is already pretty quick and I really love driving it. I just bought a new cold air intake system and a chip to tweak the fuel to air ratio for very reasonable prices. That should take me up about 25HP which is awesome. Now i've found a supercharger for my car for a very reasonable price (less than $200). Money is not really an issue as I have enough saved up but would it really be worth it in the long run? Would it help resale value and make my car more fun to drive? I am also considering re-doing the exaust system sometime in the near future. I don't really do any serious racing but I mess around with my friends and like to drive fast

So is it worth it?

 No, I wouldn't buy a turbo.... The chip and intercoolier sounds good... A good turbo kit would cost around 700 bucks. Wait and get a Exhaust System and K&N Air filter before you get a turbo....

 I asked a friend of mine, hes kinda into the business, he says its safer to tune your car without an Turbo and easier to, as M-XER said, you shud better add small stuff that tune (he sais for 200$ its prolly not complete or realy f*cked up )

 I would Say... Well it depends on what you would like A supercharged would be more cheaper But then again if you want more power as I say Take DA TURBO. I would also agree that work your way up when you are upgrading your car because if you have no power when you start out with a huge @$$ turbo it will be insane lag... I dont know Im not really that much of a car person well Good luck
