Takes forever to load, but looks nice.
I don't want to be mean, but what do you hope to achieve with this site? What is the target? There are already thousands of sites that have a few links to Battlefield mods and a forum, and except for the few really big ones, nobody cares. Your site has to compete with the likes of Planet Battlefield, and you certainly won't win this battle because you have more users right now or more staff.
If you make a web page, think about the content. Anything that is original goes. Do you make your own maps, comics, movies, or similar? That would be a good point to make a site of. You can also have a blog or something. If you're good at webdesign, it might even be a good idea to just show your designs. CSS Zen Garden does nothing else and they're great.
Trying to establish a new Battlefield community isn't going to succeed. Users will be drawn to the big sites, or the (semi-)official forums of the mods they use. Trying to establish specifically a new, second Interstate community forum is damned to fail. Those who are interested are already here and have everything they need. The only group that has any chance of creating a second Interstate site is ICS, and frankly, I don't think they really succeded at that yet, despite trying for some years now.
It is far more important for your site to have interesting content than it is to have a forum and some download links.
