Last Month the Japanese try to retrive this mod a little bit more. They played in the at 2pm CET. At the moment the gametracker,com Server Monitorring is off. Hope soon they turn it on. The ranking seems to work.

I am working the next days on the Stratos bot map trying to make bots useful. i have already done a jump and a looping and it works well. the strato bots arent falling out, they are driving the road in a good way

That should actually be rather easy. You just need an engine placed precisely at the center of mass to cancel out gravity, and an engine pushing forward. In theory, that should be enough, but I don't know how well this mixes with Battlefield's implementation of aerodynamics.

Speaking of which, those cars are near impossible to drive once you're inside. Is there a way to fix that? If not, I'd suggest removing the entrace altogether (or putting it where you really can't get in) and providing some normal cars to drive around.

Its no problem really Cochrane. To brake/stop, enter position 2. The Stratos handles pretty well, the others spin out of control. But I do agree about the entrypoint, it should be removed or set 150 meters up in the sky.
