New version in the server and download section. I made several changes.

- hefe dtm buggies removed because they sucked
- terrain has aquired a facelift
- fixed material maps.
- many many fanion tracks added
- several glitches fixed
- terrain textures changed, hardly noticeable
- end has taken a major change, capping the flag ends the round
- replaced the ice cave sound with something less annoying
- new loading screen, please replace because mine sucks
- map description modified
- thumbnail changed
- added some repair points for a quick pit stop for your ride
- a really badly coded invisible wall which is very large stops players from cheating
