Just a few small criticisms, but looks pretty good.

1. you should take shipping into account. buying from a bunch of different places may be more expensive. I personally would stay away from eBay for components and stick with a more trusted store like Newegg or Zipzoomfly(especially CPU, mobo, HD) just in case you have to RMA.

2.Does 420W refer to the power suply in the case? if so, why buy a case with a power supply if you are going to get a different one anyways?Its personal preference, but I would go with this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811129042 or maybe this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811119106 .

3. I would buy Intel not AMD, but thats just me.
