Last Month the Japanese try to retrive this mod a little bit more. They played in the at 2pm CET. At the moment the gametracker,com Server Monitorring is off. Hope soon they turn it on. The ranking seems to work.

EDIT: And it's true, the three Disable checkboxes are great. Aero to Basic theme temporarily, Aero hogs focus and interferes with most oldies

The Microsoft Compatibility Toolkit can edit the built-in profiles and would likely fix this (for Windows 10 it's part of the 'Windows Assessment and Deployment Kit'), the changes relating to sound in the 98 profile would just need to be deleted. The 32-bit version that installs is needed for 1942.
