actually, ipods do suck. they're kind of like ie7, just trying to have some of the same features that mozilla (other mp3 players) had way before it but for a much cheaper price. i can't tell you how many times my ipod froze. and then there's the whole battery deal. and apple's stance on customer service. i'm just waiting for the zune/

ya Ipods do suck, I got a creative Zen but my sister has an Ipod and has had to return it to apple 3 times, also the battery sucks, and it freezes all the time.
