 ..Really ? Some other bub did a video on it too. Ratchet, someone, I'm not remembering correctly.

The trick is to lose health while behind the wheel.

I just sat past that tube, then there's underwater road that will rise up. I guess it was deep enough to drain my health, and it was really draining
